About Seth
I was born and raised in a small town here in North Carolina called Hamlet. A graduate of UNC Charlotte, I spent the first 10 years out of college working as a Respiratory Therapist. I've worked and lived in Greensboro, Charlotte, and have called Wilmington home since 2016.
Working in healthcare provided me the opportunity to work and interact with people from all walks of life. Whether it was working along side co-workers or taking care of patients, I always embraced creating new relationships. The real estate industry has always fascinated me and I bring the same care and compassion to my real estate career as I did in healthcare.
I am married to my amazing wife Candace, and we have 2 wonderful kids and a crazy shar-pei puppy. I try and live a healthy life style, in my free time I enjoy working out and staying active. Although, I'm not very good, I love playing golf. I'm an avid sports fan in particular a passionate Carolina Panthers fan.
