About Jill
My 28 year journey in Real Estate has seen it all from the lowest interest rates in history to the housing market crash during tough national economic times. I have consistently ranked in the top agent production tier as a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors & my experience in the corporate relocation world of transferring families & individuals into AND out of the area has proved invaluable as I understand the stresses & details involved in moving. A big part of my job is to oversee the entire flow of the buying & selling experience. Inspectors, Surveyors, Lenders, Attorneys, Appraisers, Contractors - everyone plays a part in the big picture & I like to keep everything going as smoothly as possible.
Now here's a little about me personally! My husband & I have three incredible children. As a family we enjoy spending time in the local creeks, rivers & the ocean - there's water everywhere! We really enjoy water sports such as surfing, tubing, wake boarding and definitely love to fish, hunt, & spend as much time outdoors as possible. Fresh seafood is on the menu at our home regularly ranging from the best steamed oysters & clams (yes we go out & harvest them ourselves!), to shrimp & flounder (yes we catch them ourselves!) - there is nothing better! Over the years we have spent much of our time at the baseball field, Scouting events, track/cross country, cheerleading and dance competitions. Needless to say, we have taken great pride in raising our children in an area that has so much to offer - what a great place to grow up! It does my heart good when I hear my children say how lucky they are to live where they do.
